How the job runs
The site visit
Free, about an hour. We measure, photograph the home and agree the handover date on the spot.
Approvals
We prepare drawings and file for the building or community NOC. Work starts once it is issued.
The fit-out
A written update every week with photographs. Materials are ordered to the schedule we agreed together.
Handover
We walk the home with you and hand over the keys on the agreed date, then return in the first month for snags.

Do you handle the building and community approvals?
Yes. We prepare the drawings, file for the NOC with the building management or the community developer, and follow it through. Work on the approved scope starts only when the NOC is issued.
How long does a renovation take?
A kitchen takes 3 to 5 weeks, a bathroom 2 to 3 weeks, a full apartment from 8 weeks and a villa from 14 weeks. Approvals run in parallel where we can, and the agreed timeline includes them.
Can you renovate while we are abroad?
Yes, and summer is our busiest season for it. We agree the handover date in writing before work starts. You get a written update every week with photographs, and access is arranged in advance through one key holder.
How does payment work?
30% when the contract is signed, 40% when the first fix is complete, 25% at handover and 5% after the snag list is cleared. Each payment is tied to work you can see.
What warranty do you give?
One year on our workmanship from the handover date. Appliances and materials keep their manufacturers' warranties, and we hand over the papers at handover.
Where do the materials come from?
From licensed UAE suppliers and approved imports. You choose from a shortlist, and we bring samples to the site visit so you can see them in your own light.
